Usage: In order to keep the product shape and precision, adopts welded sheet structure, motor reducer drive, gear transmission, roller surfaces polishing, hard plating , heat treatment and galvanizational treatment.
Feature: Automatic cutting controlled by PLC. Ensure stability, precision and cutting speed. It adopts the hydraulic drive and automatic location to decide the dimension and cut the target products.It contains one set of cutting tools, one hydraulic tank and one cutter machine.

• Punching mould: as for the profiles, total need 2 sets of punching moulds, when need to punch the first hole drawing, change the punching mould 1, when punching the second hole drawing, change the punching mould 2, etc. When the punching heads break, they can be removed, and changed by the new punching heads. Punching moulds material: Cr12Mov, quench HRC58-62
