3. Standing Seam Profile Drawing
Vertical Seam is the SUV of standing seam – cost efficient,
attractive, and able to handle a variety of needs.
Vertical Seam has modern 1.75″ high ribs in widths of 12″, 16″, and
18″ apart.Thickness options include 26 and 24 gauge as standard and
22 gauge optional.
A hidden fastening clip allows unlimited expansion and contraction,
allowing for longer panels.
Vertical Seam installs quickly and meets the wind demands in
Florida and Miami-Dade County Hurricane Zones.
Taller ribs allow Vertical Seam to be installed over open framing
as well as solid decking.
We provide Vertical Seam custom cut to the inch per specifications.

5. Packaging & Shipping
Before loading to the container, we will check the machine first
Second, make some protection on the machine, Such as, we will
mpaint the coil on the roller and shaft, in case the roller and
shast got corrosion and rusty during long time delivery
Third, we will make the plastic package on the easy damage parts,
and fix all the parts into container by the steel wire rope, and
ensure the machine will not damage when shaking on sea.
At last, we will take photos for customer when loading to
container.
